Akita Products Ministry of Health Statement

The statements of our all Akita branded products are straightly made as required by laws and

current regulations. In accordance with the Cosmetic Law no. 5324 the statement must be made for the cosmetic products to be offered to the market.

With reference to the cosmetic product statements any writing or document will not be issued regarding that the statement has been registered by the Ministry of Health. “Statement Acceptance Certificate” application is removed as of 01.01.2011. All of the liabilities, determined in the laws no. 5324 and 4703, about the cosmetic products, of which statement is made, belongs to the producer, defined in the above mentioned laws.
